Spider provides content analysis, creative direction, and marketing consulting for consumer businesses. Engagements are defined in writing before any work begins, including scope, duration, and fee.

Refunds and disputes

Spider is a B2B services business. Fees are invoiced for defined engagements and reviewed with the client before any payment. Disputes should be directed to hello@tryspider.lol. Spider does not sell physical goods and has no return policy; engagement cancellations are handled case by case by contacting support.

By using Spider, you agree to comply with our usage policies. Spider reserves the right to suspend access for misuse or violation of platform terms.

Privacy
