Spider

Spider is a B2B software platform for UGC (user-generated content) marketing. Brands run content campaigns on the platform and pay independent creators for approved content. Spider manages the full workflow: creator onboarding, content brief delivery, content submission, brand review, and payment.

Payments to creators are processed through Stripe Connect. The brand is the merchant of record; each creator receives funds in their own connected account. A creator is paid only after the brand reviews and approves the delivered content.

Spider is currently in private access. Brands and creators are onboarded individually by invite, so there is no public signup or consumer checkout. If you received a workspace link from your team, open it directly.

Spider does not sell physical goods, subscriptions to consumers, or any product in a restricted category. It is a software platform that coordinates content-marketing work between brands and vetted independent creators.

Disputes should be directed to hello@tryspider.lol. Spider does not sell physical goods and has no return policy. Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting support.
